Lakeshore Hotel Metropolis - Hsinchu City

Our one-night stay was perfect for our brief visit to the nearby Big City mall. The check-in process was speedy, and we appreciated the staff's helpfulness in pointing us to great local breakfast spots. The room was clean and had a decent size, featuring a comfortable sofa area. The beds were firmer than those we've encountered elsewhere in Taiwan, providing good support for a restful night. Plus, the air-conditioning worked brilliantly, ensuring we stayed cool despite the warmer weather outside.

I do recommend this hotel.

Food was outstanding and I have nothing but pleasant memories from this trip. For a 4 star hotel everything was nice, I loved to be here. The room was well-organised and spacious with smoke detectors for my safety. It had an extremely comfy bed and included a large bathroom hair dryers, a bidet, and bath sheets. The stuff were excellant and accommodating day and night.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It's super conveniently located near shopping and plenty of breakfast spots, which made exploring easy. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were generally friendly. I really appreciated the clean rooms and comfy beds, which made it a perfect spot to recharge after a long day.

There were a few hiccups. The staff in the dining area could’ve been friendlier, and there was some confusion about the sauna, which ended up being disappointing. Lastly, I noticed a lack of assistance when I was checking out. These little things did put a damper on an otherwise nice experience.

The location of Lakeshore Hotel Metropolis is marvellous and unbeatable, close to plenty of shops, restaurants, massage parlors, banks.

The location here is great, just a short walk to the Big City Shopping Mall, and there's a good restaurant nearby too!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of Hsinchu. Plus, the 'Big City' shopping mall was just a 5-minute walk away, making it super convenient for shopping. The staff here were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They greeted me warmly every day and made sure I had everything I needed. The service was top-notch, from dry cleaning to airport shuttle, they had it all covered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle were a nice touch. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, which was reasonably priced. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay here truly enjoyable.

This hotel is highly recommended for families and their needs are well taken care of.

My partner and I had a fantastic New Year's experience at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and we enjoyed the comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious - we loved the fresh fruit and pastries. The location was perfect too, with many shops and restaurants nearby. We especially liked the convenience of having a pharmacy and a convenience store right across the street. One of our favorite aspects, however, was the great service provided by the friendly and helpful staff.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that the air conditioning system was central controlled, and we found that our room was often too warm. Despite calling reception, the issue could not be fully resolved.
